Home Depot have the "MagLite" for under $20 and you'll need the clips also for under i think $5Easy install and wont take no more than 1/2 hr to complte.Another free mod: Your DRL's (driving running lights) you can replace the white ones for amber color. Most, if not all club members done this. They see each other on the road and notice the ambers, you know they belong to whatever AV club. Is more like a club I.D. :thumb:
2002's don't need to do any drilling, we have the screws already there, just take them out put the clip there and put screw back. :thumb:
Thats a (2) D cell Maglite correct?
I got the clips at Miejer today for $4.99.

DRL's $5 at the gas station. The clips are held by 1/4" screws. You'll need to drive 'em with a cordless. Everything you need is included in the package for MagLite clips.Im not sure if a shower hanger clips will work.
I have a 2007 and would love to do this. do i have to do anything different on mounting the flashlight and extinguisher in the saddle bags?
An interesting saddlebag mod for the audio/videophiles....
Very cool. I like that
Did I miss something here
Being the practical person that I am, I'm kind of wondering how that setup would stand up in the rain. Say you don't have a garage or overhang to shield the AV, but you've got electronic equipment in the saddlebag. Interesting indeed....
I think I missed it too.... blue you edited her post and now there's nothing there
lol,,,we reading the same threads again at the same time?
