I'm curious justJR, what's your plan for the box?  I bet you have all sorts of ideas on it...  I've been debating soo long on mine, I haven't found a good solution yet.

The thought I had was making custom fiberglass pods and anchoring them in the roof in the back above the window in the corners.  I just can't get rid of that midgate, it comes in very handy, work, camping, bikes etc...

Does anyone else have a good setup without ditching the midgate?

I don't want to cut my gate either, although it did cross my mind, so I'm building a sealed box for under the rear seat to hold the tens. There are photos around the site somewhere of one that someone bought on-line but I'm just going to do it myself. I was going to do the same thing with ports out the front but the subs I bought (pheonix gold r-10's) Are said to perform better in a sealed box, so I'll try that before I go hole sawing the thing. I had a huge box with C-4 fifteens in the bed but it was kind of getto having to drive around with the midgate open and then it was a bandpass box that I built thinking that it was really cool with the plexiglass front and LED's inside but it was just too bassy for my rock-n-roll.
