Hey B,  He's saying that his '07 non Z71 with the smaller fogs than our cladded avy's is having a problem blistering the relfector. Our fog lights are much bigger than his.
Thanks for the update on this NF. I'm sure it will help other members make their decisions in the futures. :goodstuff:

after re-reading i realized that  banghead1  but i know i have too heard some 07 models had the same problem....i know for a fact its not covered under warranty but people have bought the after market halo projectors for the fog lights which arent too much surprisingly....or you can drill holes in the housing but i dont really like that idea but people have done it

I ended up doing the 25w ballests in the fogs and got blistered/burnt lens on both.  Looking now to replace them and take the HID's off the Fogs all together.

His housing is a lot smaller than what yours is.

I have 55w, 5000k low and highs with no problems.  Most of what I have read and heard is even 35w for the Fogs is too much.
2009 Black LT 4x4 no markings.
Amber's
Tail light bar
5000k, 55w HID low's and high's

Summer project list - Volant CAI, bed rollout, powder coat calipers.
