Are you talking about the canvas or nylon cover that you throw over the rear seats when they are down? That's what it sounds like to me and I've always seen them referred to as a rear seat protector. I haven't seen one on any of the forums for a LONG time. You might check the dealership parts department.

I did a little snooping and here's the description I found:

It came up on a Google search; it's actually in the Resources section of TOS.

Does this one fit the 07 and up. I see one website says 02-06 and the other doesn't mention a year.

I don't see why it wouldn't fit. It does wrap over the top edge of the back seat and also drapes over the sides by the doors.
