Hello everyone,

Last year we had a decent number of members show up. We would like to see everyone who came last year, and some more members if possible. All members are welcome 

We will try to follow the same format as last year. We will supply the meats and members bring a side dish to share. Please post or send me a PM with the dish you are planning to bring.
Also we will supply the refreshments(soda, water), you need to bring any "favorite" drinks you may have or want. 

We know is a little early again, but want to plant the seed early, so other members can see this with plenty of time to plan for it.

Also we know is a couple of weeks before the 4th fo July, but we figure with the Nationals at the end of July, we better have plenty of time in between to allow more members to be able to attend, and not conflict with the Nationals.

Because of the larger than expected interest on this GTG, I tried to rent a park where I could accomodate all of the members who wanted to come.
I am very sorry to infom you, that I was not able to find an available park in my town, for the GTG. 
We have tried, and exausted every possible way to make this GTG available to any member who wished to attend, but we were not succesfull.   
With that being said, and with great sadness, I have to limit the number of atttending Avalanches to 20. As much as I would like, I cannot have more than 20 trucks at my house for this GTG.
I was looking forward to having a large GTG but it is not possible for this year.
I will give the members on the maybe list a chance to confirm they are coming. If one of them cancels, then there will be a open spot for another member.

Once again I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. I look forward to next years (I will rent the park as soon as the town allows me to)

I was there, can you say loud explosions ? nothing to do with gastronomics I assure you, the food was great. I'd love to attend again but the timing is all wrong for me. I get home from work 3AM that day and taking a long weekend with Wendy, married 20 years June 26
