Clunking upon acceleration?
« on: June 21, 2010, 08:15:36 PM »
Anyone had or heard of an issue with feeling/hearing a slight "clunking" upon acceleration from a stop? I have an '07 LT 4x4 with 56K that just started doing this sometime last week. If you really baby it from the stop it won't do it, but otherwise it does it nearly every time. I had just had an alignment done, any chance that could have affected something?

Are you feeling it in the wheel or in the seat? Sounds like a u-joint to me. Do you feel it at any other time or just from a stop?

WHERE IT REALLY IS ABOUT THE FRIENDS AND AVY'S, AND NOT THE ALMIGHTY ADVERTISING DOLLAR!

Hard to pinpoint but I'd say from the seat. Only from a stop.
