Thanks OBB...I liked Donnie's for the fact you could put 2 covers under it...but I may go with this design. We have a Habitat re-store here that sells plywood really cheaply...plus I work for a wood furniture manufacturer...I might be able to get something free.

I made my 2nd generation one from a thinner piece of plywood because the 3/4" is so darn heavy when I take it out for more typical pickup duties. You can take a look at my new one at Bratfest.
