If anyone here in Missouri wants one, I have the one I built using the 48" drawer slides I'll give away. It is carpeted and ready to go. There is enough room under it to store 2 of the covers. I got a good deal on a steel bedslide about a year and this on has been sitting in the garage ever since.

I don't remember much about it, Donnie, but I might be interested. Does it attach to the bedside or does it just sit in place like this one? I vaguely remember seeing pictures at some point, I think.

It just sits in place. I have a sheet of plywood mounted under the drawer slides as well. I also put fridge rollers on the back so that once you have it on the ground, it will roll around easier. I also put a screen door lock at the end to hold it in place. I used it for well over a year and hauled quite a bit of stuff back there on it. I knwo for a fact it has had over 1.000 lbs on it and did just fine.

I'll try and find my pics that I had up. Instead of a board at the end, I put cutouts in it to grab and pull it out

Do you have the cup holder mod,Al? was just wandering if your bed slide sits in the indents or a real cup holder mod... and if ya have the tailgate cup holders ,I wonder how it will hold up?

Looking at the pix I would say he only has the factory cupholders.

Just as it left the factory - I'm telling you - This thing works great - I love it. I use it all the time. Just make sure if you build one to get the wheel "timing" right so when the center wheels get to towards the rear of the cupholder that the wheels drop off the tailgate and onto the support across the bottom and this will work perfect.
