When I had my bumpers powdercoated, I went over my plastic pieces, to include the gray lower valance, with Dupli Color bumper coating.  It was what I was looking for as far as color and shine.  Tried Fusion and even the Matte was too glossy for me.  Might give it a try!

Thta's an 02.   Cant make it any darker.

You CAN go darker, black if thats what you want like I did, but it may not look as well with your paint color.

I want to go with black but I would like to have it done like you did but without knowing someone it will cost me.  Some day I'll give the Fusion a try.
