Inspired by Bluedevils AV I just bought my next mod...Diamond Plate cargo covers!! Saw them on his truck and loved the look.Was talking with Bluedevil,

a couple days ago about his when he gave me the link to these
eBay auction: #180483026783
Since most of mine will be in the chrome theme,I already started that way cause my most wonderful girlfriend likes it. It makes it a lot easier to buy mods when she loves the truck as much as I do!!

Oh yeah I have done another mod to my truck ,the amber DRLs

!!Sail panel LEDS are still on horizon...

So many mods ,so little time...

Speaking of crickets, how's the shop fix going, BD? You haven't posted any updates. Did you get the truck to the shop yet?

I used 3/16 5mm aluminum rivets...

just came out of home depot in avon ,parked in the lot was a blk cladded z/71 with it looked like gloss blk powered coated diamond plate on his covers lookeed good ,had ind. plates on never saw who own to ask anything .

YES I did get a new mod today !! AOH are working fine thanks to an expert installation by OBB !!

I had to take my truck back to dealer to get some work done on it, another new windshield, and OBB came down to meet up wth me. I got to see all the mods he has done to a very sweeeet AVY !! Once the guy had my windshield in OBB preformed his magic and did the AOH mod to his specifications !! All it cost me was some lunch for him

. I got some more ideas for future mods and got to meet up with a really nice guy !! THANKS again !!

Finally got it done.put the Diamond Plate covers on...They came on Friday and with me working and the holiday, I had to wait until to today to do it...it was killing me,them sitting here and not having the time. Thanks to Blue Devil,

, for the help by giving me instructions, it was greatly appreciated... I know this thread would be

Dam forgot to take pics of the All On High mod but I think everyone knows what that one looks like...

Not sure who else is getting them but they can be done fairly easy. You just have to get the parts. They're listed in the SPL thread here:

The LED's sit flush correct, OBB??? I always stayed away from them in the past due to them protruding out and breaking off with you hit them.

If so...I am in for this mod.

Yup, they're flush mounts. Pix should be in the thread. I've got plenty of wire and scotchlocks.

The Oznium are flush. I had the Radio Shack ones for a while and am so glad I changed to the Oznium ones.

A couple of diodes and a resistor (each side) so they are slightly dimmer with the running lights than the brake lights.
