Missouri tail light tint law??

Does anyone know what the tail light tint law is for the state of Missouri?  I've read a few threads were folks will tint the entire tail light assembly and some tape off where the light shines through and tints everything else.  I'm pretty sure the light will shine through even though the entire assembly is tinted?

Cannot have anything covering the tail lights or head lights or any part of it.  Yes mine are illegal :whistle:

I'm pretty sure it's what Darren said. I know you see alot of vehicles on the road with them tinted but that doesn't make it legal.

check out the pictures on my gallery, i have had mine tinted for over a year and have never been stopped for it, the only thing not tinted over is my headlights

Even the 3rd break light tinted, if you need a place to have them professionally done i go to a shop off 94 and harvester called elite customs

Gotta love all black, when it is clean.  Keeping them looking good is a PITA!  That said 2KWS6, I love what you have done to your AV.   :thumbsup:

I know from experience that your yellow isn't easy to keep clean either. I always quick detailed the front of my Vette every time I drove it. If I didn't it was covered with black bug dots in short order.
