With a Black truck I have been know to walk around it with the touch up paint after a good detailing job and easily find some small rock chips that show up white.

Recently I bought a White work hoopty and was shocked to again walk around it with the touch up paint but this time under the White paint the rock chips show up Black. WTF

Wouldn't it be easier to put a dark primer under the dark colors and a light primer under the light colors so rock chips don't show up???

Its not rocket surgery here people.

Must be the MAN trying to hold me down.  or the aftermarket touch up paint guys laughing their way to the bank.

Under the AV it's white(i should know LOL), guess they just pick one color primer for a certain line of vehicles or something.

I just use the touch up paint from the dealers   :dunno:   works for me.  I use the torn end of a match from a match book to apply the the paint.

I thought the white primer under mine was a conspiracy against me! The MAN, as BNASTY put it, evidently got all of us!
Oh! And i have two step kids i'd just trade straight across for a couple of the pens! :ass1000:
