Looks like to me that it sticks up on the back and doesn't even seal all the way. Just my   2cents  but why would you want that on the Av except to just not have to remove the panels? Also, it is still in the way at the front. I doubt that cover would be as strong and hold as much weight on top as the current hard covers.

I'll stick with my hard covers or I'll just put the electric tonneau back on.

I bet a solid 1 piece fiberglass cover with a couple shocks would be better.

Heck even with a remote opener :coolsmiley:

The issues I have with it is it works pretty close the standard system already installed, only thing is you have to manually remove them. I doubt it could hold the amount of weight he says, notice he didn't sit on it until all panels were stacked on top of one another. I have to see it up close but if you notice by the grab handles, the panel under the seal is exposed and I don't think it would take much to get into it. And his statement about drainage isn't true either because he removed the rain gutter in his first step. One other thing he said as well was that if you have a faded one it would cost $2700 to replace, not true. They are only $800 a piece and if you only need one, it is only $800, I know trivial yes, but if I were going to go that route, I would get the Auto-Cover.

I will gladly sell someone the electric tonnaeu that came on ours for $400, they are $1600 through GM. It has 2 remotes, adds an extra light in the bed and also can be removed pretty quickly.

I like my covers. They come off real quick when I want to use my tent.

WHERE IT REALLY IS ABOUT THE FRIENDS AND AVY'S, AND NOT THE ALMIGHTY ADVERTISING DOLLAR!

I went to a gtg in Houston in late February and a member of the "other" site has one on order.  He lives in Katy.  Anxious to see if he is gonna like it.
