Vermontville Maple Syrup Festival Parade will be April 24, 2010

Because Vermontville closes a lot of the streets during the festival I would like everyone to meet at the Charlotte Plaza then we can carAVan to Vermontville together.

BigC has made arraingments with his cousin again to park in her yard in town. Parking will be $5 an Avy. We can get pancakes and walk around town for a little while and look at everything there is to see then at noon we will head over to the parade line up area. The parade will start at 2pm.
We will be able to shine up the Avys in my cousins yard before heading over to the parade line up.
There is a car wash in Vermontville but it is closed during festival so if you need to wash up we can do that right in Charlotte. There is a big car wash with like 12 hand washing bays and 2 automatic bays.

Meet at the Plaza at 9 am .....

This was a blast last year in more ways than one! I'm hoping to make it again this year. Going to have to put a bug in my brothers ear about staying at his place again.

I may be going to this. Met BigC last year at a gtg in northern Indiana and heard good things about last year's gtg.

it is a good GTG ... been to it the last 2 years .... we get there early .... go to breakfest ... wait in a long line ....then go back and clean up the trucks ... go sit in line for 2 hours ... then drive very slow thru the parade ....

then we may go back to BigC ... or do something after .... some stay ... some leave after parade .... should be nice and warm this year ....

Mapquest says I'm 5-6 hours away. Would probably find a place to spend Friday night - possibly Saturday too - if I go.

I know there's a place not too far from BigC and Kimmers home. Peeps used it last summe for the July 4th GTG.

Just checked, no girls that weekend so it would be just Debi and I. Leave Ryan home to doggy sit. I havn't washed my truck so many times in one day before last year trying to keep it clean waiting out turn. Oh, I forgot, we got rained on once or twice before the parade but it cleared up

wellllll,,,after a few notes back and forth to BigC, he called them and they said their internet site has been messed up for a few months. They have plenty of rooms so I'll have to see if it's possible to make this one also. Right now we're at about 75% coming up for it.

Still got room for more Avalanches in this parade! Whos next to sign up!!!! This is a awesome GTG! I went to this GTG last year and it was very cool!

I didnt see it posted but their is a After parade GTG at BigC's house that everyone is welcome to join afterwards or join us if you dont want to go to the parade!

There will be food for dinner and a bon fire!

ohh yeah, im sure there will be some sweet light shows after dark with all the strobes and underglows and everything! Might be able to see the truck with a million lights tooo!!!!!
