My commuter bike is this Suzuki V-Strom.  Yeah its only a 650 but it can carve canyons and rides nice enough for the long haul.  I also take it off the pavement when I am scouting for hunting season.

This is my fun toy.  It's a Yamaha Raptor 700 sport quad.  It flies through the desert and even with my fat a$$ on it it will hit 78 mph.     I just hope it fits in the Av.

Anytime we can ride together would be great. Skyview mentioned something about riding also. We may have to work on that.

Yes we will have to work on a motorcycle riding GTG of some sort. Maybe I will sponsor something from my house since I never have had an Avalanche GTG here. There are many fine twisty roads and plenty of things to see in the area.

I got to ride mine last week to work but it has been raining the past few days. My son rode his to school the other day. I'd say he probably had a smile a mile wide as he cruised into the high school parking lot.

I put about 70 miles on mine monday just going up to the shop for a new tire and brakes. This shop has a good reputation and was about $40 cheaper than the other guy I know of. It's gonna rain here tomorrow so I'll ride today and it'll sit for a while again.

Northstar is at Rts 36/37 and I-71 just outside of Delaware. I guess they call it Sunbury. Either way the delaership is about 20 minutes from my parents. We had been looking for a big bike and saw this while we were out there visiting. You know how the story goes, just had to have it so.... Only problem was getting it and a fifth wheel camper back to Delaware. It got to spend a week in my parents garage (next to their 94 Classic) before my father rode it to Morgantown, WV. I rode it home from there. Since then it's been back once and to Vehicle Operatiosn in York. Of course it's been all over Delaware...

Same thing over here in Ohio. I had mine out for just a few minutes today. We've talked about taking some rides in Western Pa this year as we're only an hour from the Ohio/Pa border.

I wanna ride to the Alleghany Reservoir this year. Its probably a 2 1/2 hour ride from us. I have never been there but seen pics and it looks really cool.

Any bike is special. It's what you make it

That LTD sitting in the drive reminds me of my first bike. Same paint only it was a 454 LTD. Put a lot of mile on that little thing.

Looks like you deleted that pix. I did catch sight of it though.

Yeah on the deletion, that was our old bikes with one of the vstars way in the background....turns out I don't have a pic of both together, at least handy on the share drive.

BTW, that was a Vulcan 750 that the wife started out riding, at the ripe old age of 48.  Boy was I proud.
