« on: November 15, 2009, 12:18:49 AM »
It's hard to believe but the nasty stuff will be here before we know it. I pulled the summer wheels off the Avalanche and put on the stocks.

Yes, Dallas does get "snow" occasionally, but not often enought to worry about a second set of tires. I am spoiled, working for the State, if they call a "weather day", I sit at home and watch the crazies on the street.

So far we're been lucky.  Mid November, cut my grass last week and just waiting for the white stuff, we're usually shovelling by now. But I've got the snowblower on hot standby.

I've been bugging the wife about a new set of wheels for the Avy and use the stock ones in winter. She softening up and I have the next 5 months to work on her. :knuppel2:

Man, that's why I love living in El A.  If I want snow, I can drive to it instead of "having" to winterize the AV each year.  Where else can you surf in the morning then snowboard in the afternoon, while riding/driving year round?  Good ol' Khalifohnia  *in my best Governator voice*
