I didn't get my actuator from Steve, but I ended up installing the actuator in a completely vertical position, just below the "C" shaped thing that actually does the locking/unlocking.  I was able to use the mounting bracket/strip that came with my actuator and screw it in with two screws that were both hidden under the bezel when installed.

I'll try to take pics of it this weekend if I remember (and if the weather is nice!)

Thanks Everyone,

I purchased the key lock thingy and template from Cuda. (thanks Bro)

No just waiting for a good time to do the install.

How much of my day should I set aside for this?

Taking off the tailgate, drilling the hole  through the bottom and mid crossbars in the tailgate, leaving the drillbit in there and taping the wires to the end of the drillbit to pull through the bottom of the tailgate - 1 hour.

Running the wire through the AV and connecting to the correct wires behind the B-pillar, 30-45 mins.

Cutting tailgate with template, mounting & connecting the actuator; and testing - 30 mins.  (add 5 mins if you got the wires backwards the first time :4: )

Not sure on the saddlebag locks, but those should be easier, as you can run the wires down through the drainholes, or behind the tail lights (take tail lights off and run wire behind them in the little channel).  I'd guess another hour for both saddlebag locks.

If you lived closer to NJ, I'd help ya out!
