17" to 16" on Z71
« on: August 13, 2009, 05:00:44 PM »
Is there any reason why I cant go down to a 16" factory wheel on the 2002 Z71 1500 AV? Are the rotors bigger or is there no difference between the Non-Z71 and the Z71?

Thats what I thought. I had the chance to do this a while back with a set of older Chevy 6 lug wheels. But the fronts rubbed and the rears wouldn't seat at all. Anybody in the Fayetteville, NC area wanna trade. 17s for 16s?

Better tire selection with 16s vs 17s. Don't really have the money right now to get the wheels I want. So I thought since I am going to need tires soon. Maybe someone would want to do a swap for the larger factory wheels. That and I also like the look of the Factory 16s better than the 17s.

Gotcha,....im sure someone from the NC area with 16's" would love to have 17's on their AV's.

You guys could meet in Nashville on the 22nd and join us for our Live Draft Party...

I almost had a psychic girlfriend, but she left me before we met.
