New Amp for my 02!!!

When I purchased my new head unit I also purchased a new amp (Alpine MRP-F300)!!! See the link!!

Now I need some ideas on where to mount it! Please provide pictures if possible, also pros and cons on mounting locations. 
The amp measures
10-11/16" wide
2-7/16" high
9-9/16" deep

My last truck had the amps in the doors.. Great area but a lot of work BUT I could still use the Midgate all the way...
