That's correct. Obviously you should make arrangements ahead of time if you go this route so that you are without the truck for as short a time as possible. You could avoid the necessity of a crank relearn if you go this route.

Or you could try to find a local tuning session. Blackbear was just in Kansas City last weekend, I believe. He's been traveling around a lot. Take a look on Performancetrucks.net as that's where I saw the threads posted.

Heard from FH a few hours ago. He should be in Canton by now visiting the Pro Football Hall of Fame. I got this in an email from him
"Just gassed up East of Richmond, 17.536 MPG!"

I don't know what his driving habits were so far, but that beats what the window sticker on these trucks advertise

Thanks Mike, I appreciate your post to let everyone know!!!!     That was my best MPG from our entire trip.  I still need to get with Joe (MyBigToy) so he can help me with the LTFT's, I may be able to better the 17.536mpg?

My driving habits were 70mph, stayed pretty steady at that, didn't go much above.

I'm out of town this weekend and on a business trip next Monday & Tuesday. Then we leave for vacation on Friday and won't be back until July 3rd or 4th. We'll have to look at sometime after that. I'll give you a call if I have some free time before then, unless you want to come help repair a drain tile tonight!

Sounds like you've got a bunch going on!!  Where are you vacationing to, do I smell sun tan lotion and the beach?
