Refinish Restorer
« on: May 28, 2009, 11:44:10 AM »
I think this may be my first post on here but I've been around for a couple months seeing what can be done with my '04 Avy that I bought in March.  My cladding was really bad and I decided to give Refinish Restorer a try.  I got it from the Ditchek website that was listed in another post here.  It was pretty easy, I need to do some touchups, maybe another full coat since it was getting dark as I was doing the 2nd coat and because it was so bad to start with...  Anyways, here are some pics...

Looks great. I need to get some of that.

Our 06 isn't as bad as the early models but I used some at Bratfest last year and was quite impressed with the way it works.

I use that stuff too. I applied it first last year and literally it went 8 mos before I even thought I would need to re-apply. That was through all kinds of weather and many carwashes. Just reapplied it last week and its back to top form. Nector of the Av Gods!!!

Yes, it says "Caution! Use of this product on a cladded AV may result in the AV becoming naked!"

If you've had yours GB'D and its looking ugly, I'd take it back to whomever did it.

Ya RIGHT!  I'm sure the stealership will get right on that!  Especially since they have been sold and the name has changed.
