Hey guys just got some coated shorties for the truck!! Knowing that we are all gonna be doin "some  :cheesy1:" modding out there, figured I would ask your opinion if I should bring em and do them there or do them tomorrow or friday? Didn't know if anyone was thinkin of doin it at some point and would want to see a pair go on to make it easier on them when they do it, or to just add another mod to the list of "to do's" out at Bratfest! What ya think?

Just as long as you still have time to do my tail lights.

Dang, you guys are planning on doing some serious modding.  I was thinking about just tinkering with the engine computers.    :coolsmiley:

Is anyone bringing jackstands?  You can install headers from above, but it's a little easier to work with them if you jack up the front of the vehicle, remove the front wheels and tires, and pull out the inner fender.  Having the vehicle up in the air also makes it a lot easier to bolt up the header downpipes to the cat y-pipe.

I can bring a pair of jackstands and a creeper if no one else is.

I'll also bring my G-tech so that we can get besides just seat-of-the-pants data, some good test data.  Is there anywhere nearby a nice, flat stretch of fairly deserted road about a 1/4 of a mile long?     Don't need to race side-by-side, just compare the G-tech data.    :cheesy1:

18x10 Forged Weld Wheels, BFG g-Force KDWs, JBA shorties, custom catback with FM70, Crane plug wires, Trailblazer Torque Converter, bigger cam, efans, HP Tuners custom tune, WAAG stuff, mildly boosted with Vortech Supercharger.......

Ok,,,we have 18 confirmed avy's....shedevil & twiggy are on the list but don't have avy's.   FH, You're girlfriend HAS to bring hers now and need one more to make 20.

I have talked to Coolmagnet and he is on the possible list ( he's getting married next weekend and kinda busy )

Also, another Non-site AV that has been to previous Bratfest at the old location (Don and Linda) said they will try to make the event.

There's no sense in you dragging stuff all the way, Greg. I'll toss my jackstands in the back of the Av, along with my floor jack.

Highway 370 isn't too far away so we could go down there to run the trucks.

Oh my - sounds like major modding going on this year!!   I don't have a single one to do    :needhug:    Hmmm   I may have to check the local goody stores and see what I can come up with    buck2

What's the "headers" for USMC?  What purpose do they serve?

Dang it, here we go again   banghead1

I can also bring my jackstands and floor jack, just say the word.

I spoke with Mike (OBB) via PM to see if there is electric at the shelter (I know, I got the shelter and don't have a clue for power) some folks may also want to bring extension cords?  I'm going to try to run by the shelter to see if there is electric. OBB was 99% sure there was electric.

100% sure there is electric but it's in the shelter pretty good distance from the parking lot, extension cords are a must.
