Painting the brake calipers
« on: May 16, 2009, 07:49:19 PM »
Ok, I know many members here have painted their calipers and with these Denali wheels of mine I need to something about it. It's either paint them or get a set of dust covers which really look

For those of you who have done this before, what paint did you use and why?
Also, what color should I go with?
Here's a pix of what I've got now.

Dupli-Color Calliper Paint.

They're under $15 at your local auto parts store.   I think they have  Red,Yellow,Silver and Black. ...maybe Blue too but not sure.

I use RED,simply because it gives that sport look to my AV. :winkani:

He's got a drop kit in it. I'd bet the springs were red when he got them.

Stylin trucks charges right at $40 for the caliper paint kit.  I was looking at getting one of them, but maybe I'll look at the local parts stores and see if I can find one of them $15 kits that Blue was talking about.
