Here's the Ultrastar next to a SigPro 2009.

Now those look to be interesting. I'm guessing that both of those are yours. Which one do you favor between the two?

WHERE IT REALLY IS ABOUT THE FRIENDS AND AVY'S, AND NOT THE ALMIGHTY ADVERTISING DOLLAR!

I actually pulled the picture off the 'Net. I have the Ultrastar but you can't buy it anymore except used. I love it; it's a 9+1 capacity, polymer frame pistol. It shoots right where it points and it points really well. It's only slightly larger than most .380 pistols so it would conceal pretty easily.
2002 LPM Z71, factory 4.10s - Magnacharger w/3" pulley, TOG's headers, 216/224-.551/.551-115 cam/pushrods/dual springs/titanium retainers, built tranny, Yank TT2600 stall converter, 24K GVW Tru-Cool tranny cooler,  Flex-A-Lites, ProCold intake, MSD wires & TR6 plugs, 20" Panther Juice 6's, 2.8" rear lowering springs & assorted hardware, J&J Enterprises stainless grille, body-color painted taillight covers. Self-tuned with HP Tuners software.

Some day, hopefully soon, the law abiding citizens of this great country will start administering street justice on the bad guys they catch in the act and they and their friends and family will justify it by arguing the fact that the courts and the prisons are no help for the victims who watch the bad guy walk away with little or no penalty.

 :knuppel2:

you got it all backwards. Instead; we're to put the bad guys in homes they can't afford - pay their mortgage & utilities for them, along with free college.

Oh; I almost forgot.... free cars with free maintenance, insurance, and AAA membership (I'm not kidding here):

Anyone else have a cc weapon they want to show off here?

Yvonne just  bought her Kel-Tec .380 two weekends ago:

UPDATE:
Drove Yvonne to Target World tonight to look at the Kel-Tec .380.  Since she shot my Ruger LCP last week - it was great timing when this dealer called about receiving an order of the Kel-Tec .380's.

After holding it in her hand - she said it was as comfortable as the LCP... and she was able to pull the slide back with less effort on the Kel-Tec.

For me, the slide on the KT didn't feel that it required any less pull than the LCP; but I believe she was able to get a better grip on the KT.

So she bought it.

Can you tell one from the other ?

how about now:

although only a little more than one ounce less... both of us could truly feel the weight difference.

As to who gets what will come down to Yvonne shooting.  If she's just as satisfied with the KT as she is with the LCP - I"m certain she will stay with the Kel-Tec.

here are the spec again:

Ruger LCP .380
5.16" length
3.6" heigth
0.82" wide

Kel-Tec .380
5.20" length
3.5" heigth
0.77" width

I just got back from my dads in Va and let's just say I am set for a little while. We reloaded a bunch of .357 and .38 ammo for me. I never knew until he told me that I could use .38 ammo in my .357. Just a little slower down range. So it should be good to teach the wife and kids with.

I also stopped in at Cabela's a couple of week's back and they have changed the way you buy handgun ammo. You have to order it in bulk at their counter. I checked on .357 Magnum and I would have to order either 250 or 500 rounds at $138 and $240 respectively. They call you when it comes in and you get it in an ammo box that is yours to keep. Whatever comes in on top of what is ordered goes on the shelf, which they said isn't much.

One thing you need to be aware of when you start shooting .38s in your .357 - clean the chambers of the revolver really well. If you don't, a powder/copper/lead ring will start developing in the chamber where the .38 brass ends. If you don't stay after it it eventually will cause you to have difficulty loading the longer .357 rounds.

Thanks. That's the same thing my dad said.

Then the matter can be easily managed.
