I believe Sunburst05 runs 285 on his.   (but he raised the front end a notch using Ford torsion keys).

Hopefully other members chime in

I have a 2500 and tried to get 285 to fit but too much rubbing.
I think flint 4x4 has 285 on his but not sure what he did.

My 03's (cladded) summer tires are 285/60R18, on Weld Racing 18x10 forged wheels.  The offset on these wheels gives the truck a noticably wider stance, which contributes to some minor rubbing at the rear of the front wheel wells when the steering wheel is turned to either the left or right extreme.  If the wheel offset better centered the wheels where the stock ones sit, I don't think I would have any rubbing at all.

This pic may be able to give you some idea of the offset of the wheels, plus I like it!   :cheesy1:

18x10 Forged Weld Wheels, BFG g-Force KDWs, JBA shorties, custom catback with FM70, Crane plug wires, Trailblazer Torque Converter, bigger cam, efans, HP Tuners custom tune, WAAG stuff, mildly boosted with Vortech Supercharger.......

This pic isn't as good, but gives a better picture of the wheel offset.

Yes I am running 285/75X16 on my summer wheels, but as BD said I am using F*rd keys on mine, but mine are offset also using 16X8 wheels. I have no issues of rubbing. Here is a pic of them.
