After looking at how all the lift kits install I'll be waiting until I actually use it for that reason more often.  I can't see cutting up a brand new truck right now.  If they were just bolt in no problem but I'll be waiting longer for the 35s.

I decided to use the stock wheels to get me through winter and pickup the above wheels and some Avon Tech ST 305/45-22s for my 3 season wheels.  They have a really good review rating on Tirerack.com

Looks like I'll be calling Dave to see what he can do on this combo for me.

An Avalanche goes up
December 23, 2007  (TK2007-17)   http://www.powerblocktv.com/sites/trucks/episodes/index.php?ep_num=TK2007-17&ep_sea=0702
Today we’re taking a stock Chevy Avalanche and raising it up to give it a better stance and a much better look. We’ll also give it new wheels and tires and a power upgrade that’s so easy - it’s “plug and play”.

This was an episode on Trucks, lifted an '07 Avalanche 3.5" (SKYJACKER) NO DRILLING or CUTTING, just trimming the transfer case.
Thay say is a one day job in your driveway. Everything you need is in the kit.

I saw that episode but can't find that kit on the Skyjacker website.
