The CAI has nothing to do with it. What setting are you using with you predator? You said is custom tuned?...btw,welcome back.
If you're getting a lean code and have an aftermarket intake the first thing I would is check all vaccum connections and the intake tubing after the MAF. There's more air getting in the engine than the MAF is seeing. Vaccum leaks usually show up as a +16.4 LTFT. If you're just a few numbers off, it's probably a setting you made in the tuner.

I read in another thread that the bank 2 readings on the predator doesn't come into play. I forget why that is and I'd have to go searching for that answer. Gimmee a few days and I'll look for it.
