Ok, Here goes.

We met GBT on the highway and it was 60* when we left Canton at 9am on Fri Morning.

Ok, this is the thing that got me...very emotional.  At CT's going away GTG, everyone recieved these "Support our Troops" bracelets.  At the Welcome Home gtg, all the people wearing those bracelets presented them back to Sean... not a dry eye in the place....
