If you want your truck's looks to last, keep it covered.

It may seem like a hassle, covering your truck for the night and uncovering it in the morning, but the benefits definitely outweigh the bothers of the task itself. First of all, your truck stays much cleaner. A little extra effort everyday saves you’re the trouble and money of having to wash your ride as frequently. And in ten years, your trucks paint, dash and interior will keep looking like new. The type of cover you get should depend on what climate your truck is exposed to. If your Classic project truck sits in an Arizona garage most of the year, you’d probably want to go with a light cover that will protect it from dust and the groupie felines. But a light cover sure isn’t going to do much if your rig has to nap outdoors in the harsh Michigan winters. A little extra insulation and wetness protection can help keep your truck from rusting away. Whether your truck needs to survive the seasons or the shop dust, do it a favor and keep it covered.

If I could actually walk around my AV in the garage I would cover it but the garage isn't dusty so I'm good.

I don't keep the Av covered but the Impala is taken care of. :thumb:

Mine sleeps outside too but i dont get too enthusiastic washing it once a week.  More like 2.
