I love the whine of the Procharger, but didnt think the Vortech made as much noise. Let us know what they find out!!

I could make a politically incorrect statement about supercharger brand choice but I will refrain.  Sorry to hear you have problems, Mick. The unit should still be under warranty, shouldn't it? You may be taking it off and sending it back for service. I seem to remember INresponse had to do that with his Procharger. I believe, if I remember correctly, that the bearings were shot on it. Just from your description it doesn't sound like that's the case.

Well this stinks.  With the description given,they think a bearing(s) is going bad.  I have to pack it and send it in for repairs out of my own pocket.

...and to top it off,i cant drive the AV with the factory belt and factory tune because the 40# injectors.   That blows!

I would have to change the injectors back to stock,retune back to factory,replace the CAI and plug the oil lines.

I would think that you could run on the injectors and the tune you have installed now.

The CAI and oil lines may not be that big of a deal.

Thats what i thought too.   I need to find a fat bolt to stick in the oil hoses tho'.

That sucks.  The factory CAI wont fit as the vortech coolant hose is in the way.
