Topic: Need a Roomie/Roomies to Share A Cabin at The Nationals 2008

We rented a cabin with 2 King Master Bedrooms for a week in Pigeon Forge for the Nationals. Our roomie who was going to take the other King Room had something come up and he is not able to attend so we are looking for a couple or a single to sub rent to. We are checking in on Sunday, July the 20th and leaving on Sunday the 27th. The cabin in in town with NO STAIRS and is right around the corner from the Grand Hotel where a lot of the events will be held. The cabin has 2 indoor Jacuzzis & a Hot Tub. It has a fireplace (that we can't use that time of year) with a large TV above it. There are also TV's in the bedroom & a  DVD/VCR Combo. Your share of the cabin is $500 for a full week and I am not interested in splitting it up for shorter stays. I have already signed the rental agreement and paid our part, you will be required to pay the full $500 SOON.

This is a full service cabin with a kitchen and a bathroom off of each of the king bedrooms. All of the cooking utensils, linens and towels are included. It has a washer & dryer and most any other item we need to enjoy the week. It is a NO SMOKING cabin but I guess that you could smoke outside if you need to. I am responsible for any damage to the cabin since I signed the rental agreement so we won't be having any "wild parties" here but then we can always visit "BEE" if we want to party!!

This will be perfect for a couple or a single, it cost just a little less that a room at the hotel for a week and there is a lot more comfort here! We have a room still booked at the hotel and are keeping it until the last date that we can cancel just in case we have to back out of the cabin, if you have a room booked and are interested in this cabin I would suggest that you do the same, we have every intention of attending but one never knows what may come up!

Jomomma is just getting over her surgery and we may not be able to do as much with the group as you will do but you have your own key, just come & go as you wish & we will do the same. We will most likely do quite a bit of cooking/grilling out at the cabin to save some of the expense of eating out. If we can agree on a menu we can split some of the meals and food bills or just make our own meals when we want and then clean up afterwards. Our daughter & one or two grandkids may come for a overnight visit the last weekend, if they do I promised them the sleeper sofa in the living room.......

Still looking for someone to share the cabin.......might be willing to rent by the day if you won't be there all week. The cost is $75 a day, that includes a king bedroom with a full bath, a Jacuzzi  and we will share the living room & full kitchen. The cabin has a washer & dryer, a hot tub outside and several other features that you won't get if you stay in the hotel. Level ground and NO STAIRS! This cabin is just around the corner from the hotel!! It would be best for a couple or a single as there is only one bedroom for rent...........

Damn Butch, that's a smokin deal!!!  I'm suppose to be going out of town with work on Sunday, 7/27.  Not sure if I could put something together for a partial week???  I would love to help you out plus enjoy the Smokey Mountains!!  I guess that price doesn't include anything for Nationals?
