Everthing fits but the intake tube.  There's no way for it to go in with the fan shroud where it is.  And if the shroud was gone - it would hit the blades of the fan....

On Stylin' Trucks website, part # for 2004 is 773023KP - 2005 is 773050KP...guess I should have checked it a little closer before I started... banghead1

I admit that when i had the tube for my K&N FIPK installed,it rubbed on the fan blades at times.  It needs to be adjusted and tighten on the hose clamps very well.

If so,the filter tube wont fit.

The one on stylin Trucks is more detailed than the one on the MAC post, but it's the same one I have with the kit.  Has great picture instructions for people like me  2funny

So.....whats the verdict?   Are you hosed?   

I have the black tube sitting somewhere here.  Its the FIPK style.  Ill send it to ya or ill bring it to the next gtg.   Im not using the tube anymore as i have one from when i installed the blower.

Yup I'm hosed!!  I just went out an put the stock intake back on, but left the filter set up the K&N.    That shouldn't hurt anything, should it?  Basically that just changes the filter, right?

If it fits, I'd appreciate the tube Blue - Hopefully we'll be having a GTG in early June that you and Trish can come to and I'll pick it up then... :thumbup:
