Topic: Remove vents?

Quick question.  How do you remove the vents in the dash?  I figured I'd better ask before I start yanking on anything.  I want to put some leds behind the louvers, but don't know how to get back there...

Umm, does the pillar post cover by the front window just pull off too?     Dang it, I just know I'm gonna break something before I'm done...

That's called a A Pillar and a windshield and yes it just pulls off, start at the top.

Gotta run the wires for this:     Yup - it's PINK!!!  This is the Av plate Chadstr made for me.  It ROCKS!!  Can't wait to get it lit up 

 

If it quits raining/storming tomorrow, I'll get these run, providing I can find the holes in the firewall Chadstr was telling me about.

Technically what you refered to was the A Pillar bezel. 

Start at windshield/front door hinge support is "A" pillar, driver side parts are "Left", passenger side are "Right".

If you have a back door it hinges on the "B" pillar and the latch is on "C" pillar. To make things simpler two-door vehicles have "A" and "C" pillars. Makes things simpler to just skip the "B" and call rear pillar "C". Confused yet ? We rarely build regular cabs in Flint anymore, when we do it never fails someone asks "where are my "B" pillar parts ?"
