1st one that I know of that did the Scanning LOF

Im not the 1st but im the only one at the moment. Another member did this and sold his Av. Does that count?

-Fiberglass wiper cowl
-Camaro rally stripes on a Goodmark hood.

Actually Chris in Co has the same horse head deacl, I just added the words Cowgirl Edition in the bottom of the Z.

I am pretty sure that I was the first one to make the foglights automatically come on with the headlights on an 07 (on this site at least)

I think I may have been the first here on MAC to do the tailgate torsion bar and the tailgate lock. I think I was the first to buy the saddlebag locks, just took me a while to get them on.

If I'm wrong on these someone let me know and I'll change it.

I think I'm the 1st and only probably to have the US Air Force decal and chrome bowtie decal on teh back glass.

To put the Goodmark Ram Air steel hood on my cladded truck ? I was in the original group buy.

I bet I was first to factory order (Build Your Own Avalanche), I ordered mine early April 2001
I chose soft ride suspension,1500 4x4, trailor package, charcoal, sport leather, side steps, LPM

That one was not easy, it's epoxied in with a metal support for the clading riveted in.

Definately not the only one any more!! Ive been sporting the Air Force decal for about 10 months now

You may be the only one now, I removed mine after I got my Gina's personalized retired Air Force plates and added the ChevyAvalancheClub.com decal.

looks like I am the first on this site to pull my big block out of my 2500 avy and tear it down and completly rebuild the engine with ralyar heads, cam, and intake manifold, I haven't seen anyone else with stainless works long tube headers either. I am hoping to have the highest HP all engine as well.

My mod isn't finished yet but I don't believe I've seen anyone else put functional hood vents on their Av. I'm speaking of the 94-96 Grand Prix GTP hood vents that I've got mostly completed. I'm currently waiting on the paint to cure out so I can add several more coats of clearcoat to them before I cut the holes in the hood and install them.

As far as I know I was the first one to add colored wire convolute under the hood.

Probably the same thing mine would say!

I work Sunday - Thursday until mid August at least. I normally have Friday all to myself to play.

Downside is I only get one day a week to spend with my wife. I need to go out and work on my front strobes. The connection got wet at some point and melted a little so now they work when they want to.

I know! I really like it...mine says ss2 on the back though only because at the dealer they had never saw the hx4 or heard of it so they took it off. After i said i wanted to come see the truck...

but it did get me some money off the truck and the ss decals..lol
