If I read that right , it mounts on top of your snug top? Hmmm,, don't know it I like that for me. Maybe it'd look good for someone else....

on top of the snug top?  no, on top of your covers.  Blue has them and so do I.

Yes.  Snug Top is the brand name of the topper shell for the Avalanche.   The 3 panels are usually referred to as the "cargo covers"

He is $20 cheaper than before.   I think it's the same guy though with a different name.   How often would it happen that they have the exact same picture and they both are from Michigan?

I used rivets on mine and tdybr used screws.   Very simple.   Also i found those diamond plated panels at Home Depot today for alot less.

I believe the diamond plate panels just fit snugly over top of the normal cargo cover panels.
