Is that the 82 Silver collectors ed Vette?  I want one BAD!!  Anyway good job so far. When I painted my sides I had extra sides to try differant things on. I ended up painting part of it then getting the color match sticker for the letters...

Yes sir! Number 166 of 306. Engine and chassis numbers match. All 100% original  parts.

I really like how you did the lower reliefs on the cladding... I may have to consider  it!

I was wondering how the Krylon would do on the cladding... looks very nice. Is this the normal paint Avy owners are using to get their sweet results ?  Also what "Prep" needed to be done? (sanding or chemical wipe?) i have heard of a few different things to do as prep when it comes to painting cladding but not sure if it is good info.
Thanks

it turned out.... ok.... i used flat black krylon when i should of gotten the satin finish... ill be redoing it this spring or summer   banghead1 as far as prep work i just used 120 grit sand paper and just scuffed the surface a little... i didnt push hard enought to remover the texture but enought to make the surface rougher.. then i took some acetone and wiped everything and waited till it dried. then id spray bomb it.  i guess everybody has tried their own ways.. we have gatorback, restore refinish and krylon...i know im missing some... it just comes down to budget and preference.
