Blue-probably a goofy question, but why do you change your wheels/tires? I still have my stock ones, is this something I should be doing too? Is it a safety thing?
Yeah Mo...like Joe said. Salt and snow can be hard on Chrome wheels. It really sucks for us midwesterners but i would think you want to preserve the looks of your expensive wheels a lot longer. Last year i got lazy and skipped it. When spring came around, i noticed rust dots on them. Thats why theyre going to storage for the season.
Hey Mo,Ain't your wheels AL-U-Minium? Pretty sure they wont rust, may get pock marks but not rust.B( swapping for the winter also give you a longer life span on the fancy tires )
