STI-V
« on: September 28, 2007, 02:21:12 AM »
Anyone going to STI-V?  We're planning to go down for a couple of days.  Can't stay for the whole thing, but plan on going down probably on the Monday/Tuesday before and have a day to look around before the event.  Thought I'd see if anyone else from the group is going....

Well, we left this morning at about 4:15am...Drove about 600 miles so far-got south of Atlanta through all kinds of rain, fog, thunderstorms, fog, slick roads, FOG...Then to top it off-hit Atlanta right at rush hour this afternoon.  do NOT want to do that again...But on the bright side, there was some really neat scenery even with the elements like they were.  I drove the whole way so didn't get pics yet-couldn't let go of the steering wheel long enough!     But we're safe and sound tonight and have only about 175 miles left to go-should be there early afternoon-depending on if I can sleep tonight or not!!  Be careful on the way down Jeff-hope the rain is gone by then!

See ya all later!
