Intelligence on the fuse box isn't quite up to par, haha but its constant. and its mostly the passenger side, because that ballast happens to be the most dented out of the two, and its the slightest dent. Connections are all tight I know that!
That's odd, all 3 kits I got from them have fuses. oh well, back to the ballast theory. Try changing the ballast from right to left and see if the trouble follows the ballast.
Did the ballast swap earlier, Lined them on a wall to watch, and they didn't flicker at all but maybe one small one which I was fine with, few hours went by and coming back from the gym parking, i noticed they flicker again, back to square one
