Extremely Easy......All lights will be set when high-beams are in "on" position.

I have been wanting to do this for quite a while. I assume that this is your truck and that you have this done? No problems with it so far? I think I will attack this mod this week.

Yep.Thats my baby. Mod is 'bout 8 months old and still working fine.

That's awesome. I am going to try to do that this week, maybe Wednesday. I will let you know how it goes. I have the all four on high but I want all six.

4 Diodes (I used N914-Type Diodes)

Hey BD,
I tried to do one light at a time and couldn't get it to fly. tried to do just the fogs and high but the fogs wouldn't come on during low beam....Do you have to do all 3 in order for them to work or maybe I got the wrong diodes?

You don't have to do 'em at the same time i dont think.

Is your fuse box same as mine?

Some folks used heat shrinkin' tubing. I didnt.

Ohiobellboy-here's a link to one of the best set of pics/instructions on the mod you're doing that I've found so far -click here ,pull it up, click on all and go to the bottom & start reading. I printed a copy out and took it out to my Av with me. Although I like the extended wires Blue did. That sure would have made it a lot easier! Good Luck!

all right. what am I doing wrong here. I got the right diodes from Radio Shack, I tried to do just the fogs with the highs and when i hit the highs I had nothing!!!!!! Maybe it's time to track down trucker rick and go for a drive.

The fuse boxes are definately the same. I must have to put them in Left handed instead of Right handed.

i finally got it right. I had put a diode in backwards and then tried to correct it. If this happens, start with a new diode.

I love my All on highs...I've been leaving for work anywhere from 1am to 3:30am and drive about 80 miles. With the brights on I have seen deer moving off the side of the road in plenty of time to maneuver. I would not have seen them without the all on highs I'm sure. By the time I get to work, I'm so tensed up watching for critters I about have to pry my hands off the wheel. I do NOT want to smack a deer with my AV!! I'll be glad when all the "training" is done and I get to stay in my own area!!

So i got home from my 6 week tour in Chicago and went to stare at the AV for a little bit

I found the instructions for this mod in my work bench and thought, what if i add another diode from the Fog lights pin 85 to the DRL's pin 85. Should work right?

I want the fogs to come ON while driving with the DRL's.

I have ours setup that way. The fogs are on all the time as well. I'm pretty sure an 04 and an 06 are the same. Don't know if yours has it or not, but the light in the fog light switch also comes on with this showing you that the fogs are on.

Cool, im doing this then
