Picked up the rollpan today and will be installing it tomorrow  :thumb:

Ok. I just got done installing the rollpan.  I have to admit it was fairly easy to do.  It took 3 hrs to complete between beers and the help of my wife :cool:



First off.... remove rear bumper and tow package if equipped.




You will need to cut off 2 1/2 " off tghe frame to make the roll pan fit. NOTE**(once cut,theres no way back unless you're a welder)

Now the hard part is done. Here come the easy part.  Test fit with help from 2-3 people to drill your pilot holes and place rollpan.






And wolla!  Just replace the license plate and redo the electric part to illuminate the lic plate.

Thanx J!    I love it.  This week im ordering the southern comfort cargo kit already painted and the diamond plated inserts.   Still i need to paint the strip of cladding on the tailgate and replace the gas lid back to factory :thumb:

Umm...it has a ding on it.  Last winter the lid froze shut. I had to pry it open with a set of nail clippers at the gas station

opinion time!  What would look better, out of 4 possible choices: painted roll pan, factory chrome bumper, factory painted bumper, or factory black/line-x bumper?

It depends on what look you want to achieve.  I've seen Suburban and Tahoes with the chrome bumper already painted to match and they look great.

Powdercoating is not as expensive as you might think.  That is the route I took with my bumpers and step bars.

I may just do the same.  powdercoat the bumpers, step bars, and I will also do the wheels.  It will look awesome.  Thank you!
