Light bulb watts?????

I just ordered new fog light bulbs and new hid replacement bulbs just wondering what cottage is to much so I don't melt anything

Your profile says you have an 07, is that correct? If so, is it a z71 or other model?

For the Fogs if Plastic lens I would not go any more then 35 Watt in HID..

Not hid for the fogs just replacement.   Hid are for low beam

I would not recommend anything over 25w if you decide to put them in those little round housings for the Fog lights.. trAV should know of a place to get the 25w ones he used in his 2nd gen avy.

I ordered. Nokya 9009/h16/5202 bulbs  12v 45watt replacement is this gonna melt my stuff

So 45 watts is to hot for the fogs the box says factory spec.

Keep a close eye on them. I'd check the housings on a regular basis for the first month or so.
