Ok. So I want to install the grille led light bar I got for fathers day. I knew it would be a process running the switch wires to the cab and installing the switch. I thought it would be easy to remove the upper shroud and reach down and do the install. Wrong. I have all the light housings out and most of the rivits and clips undone. There are a couple of places where it is still attached but I can't see where or what it holding the grille still in place banghead1.....HELP!!

I'll keep looking to see what I can find but all help will be much appreciated.

That's what I thought about but the light bar has 2 modes ran by the one switch.......now just a matter of finding an easy way of running the wires for the switch.

Well after an hour of searching and not really wanting to drill a hole myself. I contemplated wiring directly to the headlights so the bar comes on at night, but if it is illegal to have it on while driving around here.....I have decided to have the light bar professionally installed. They may have to lengthen the 3 wires to the switch so they can put the switch where I would like it.

Well where do you plan on mounting it? Nothing wrong with going to a customization shop.

Missed this thread.  There's a gromet on the cladded avy's under the master cylinder that I ran a bunch of wires through. It comes into the truck right above the fuse block that's on the floor to the left of the brake pedal. I'll see if I have any pix.

WHERE IT REALLY IS ABOUT THE FRIENDS AND AVY'S, AND NOT THE ALMIGHTY ADVERTISING DOLLAR!
