Easiest way to pull off chrome door handles and chrome mirror buckets

I have an 07 ltz and i want to take off all the chrome accents and paint them all black. Whats the easiest way to get all this stuff off (door handles, side mirror caps) I also would like to pull off the trim on the two doors and all the avalanche logos.maybe even the two bowties so I could paint those. any tips would be very helpful thanks
