I like the black rims very much :thumb:  I wonder how ridiculous it would look on my arrival blue :dunno:

Looks great!  I love those wheels...can I have them back now?  :joke:

Looks like you got them cleaned up.  :worship:  I suck for not doing that  :wtf:

Sorry  :dunno:

But seriously, they look great on your truck.  Like mine the dark color of the AV really helps them stand out.

That is one bad ass AV.  That is exactly the ride height I was going for and never made it.  I gave up and traded mine in for an 07 but the boss says I can't lower this one.  She "loves the ride in the new one!"

How did you get it that low?  Air bags or chop the suspension?  I love the looks bro, love it!  I am sitting here just staring at the photo and smiling.  I have one of those DUB (ok two of them) AV's and I wanted to make my AV look like the black one, you pretty much nailed it.  Good job!

thank you...

After lowering it 3 times, I realized it wouldn't be as low as I wanted unless I did "it"

took the plunge and bagged it.  Ride quality is much better than it was with the 5/5 drop I had.  Added drop spindles then removed the t-bars, keys, front shocks and sway bar.  In the rear, I had the whole bracket that the bump stop mounts on removed (2-2.5" more clearance).  THEN, I swapped the 305/40/22's for 265/35/22's (2.3" smaller diameter and 1.6" narrower) that allows me to be able to drive at that height with no rubbing, even at full lock turning.  In the pic, it sits about 8" lower than stock.

I think I can go lower, but I haven't taken the time to get it on a lift to check things out under there.  I know where its hitting in the rear and think its just a matter of a few minutes with a grinder to get it lower.

teaser pic (the last you'll see of my truck with a Goodmark hood.  One off being painted this week.  Hope to post new pics this weekend).
