Topic: Stainless steel AValanche letters?? Help?

Anyone know where I can get a replacement letter?  Yesterday someone opened their door into the side of my AV and peeled the "E" halfway off.  Now it is bent and will not sit flat so I need to replace one letter.  Any ideas?

Not off the top of my head but do us a favor, if you find them, post up a link as I'd like to have a set for mine.

eBay seller stareuropa has the sets for about $60. I can't copy the link from my phone app. I just searched for avalanche chrome letters. There isn't many to look through.

I bought them years ago....good quality i should say...

....but,.... they do cut fingers and rags when wiping around it.

The ones I have came from them through a vender called Tomswheels.  I could not get to tomswheels site and my link to SS Inserts did not work.  Thanks for the links.  I sent them the question to see if they can help.

I am going to try to remove the letter and straighten it out and put it back on.  I just ordered the 3M adhesive promoter to put ist back on the 3M tape.  The promoter helped them stay on for the past 4 1/2 years.

 They sell the tailgate and other emblems. The site sometimes acts like its down but keep trying.
I think they will sell just the tailgate letters.

Boomer, do you know if that site has the metal "3d" letters for the cladding that covers over the letters like a sock so to speak? Or, are the letters just flat?

I don't think they are metal. I think they are foil with a domed lens overlay. The ones I got look awesome in person. The sites pics don't do them justice. The Avalanche kit letters are supposed to be an exact fit but 3D over the existing letters. If I had a cladded one I would have already added the kit. The whole 4 piece kit is $139.

I had the domed decals on my doors, to match the tailgate.  Then got sideswiped last year, and had to replace one side.  They aren't made any more, or at least i couldn't find them. Went with simple stickers, as I didn't want the expense of SS ones.  Still look good and don't cut my fingers.

I haven't been able to find the domed decals either. Mine are starting to show some issues and I was going to order a set of replacements. I've had the plain stickers and I had no luck getting them to stay on for more than a couple of months. I guess I'll just have to remove them from the "Avalanche"  lettering and go nekkid on them.

These are the domed ones and I think they will sell the door and tailgate emblems individually.
