no help here dude ...how did you get the overspray on the truck?
I know this I gonna sound nuts but try some peanut butter...I know I have used it to get tar off my car, guess it the oil in it that does the trick...
Since it's been on the paint & cladding for a while I doubt it will work but my brother-in-law uses paint thinner on a rag. He was a painter for years so it was pretty common for him to end up with overspray on his work trucks when they were spraying the outside of a house. The only other thing I could think of to try is Goof Off and once again I doubt it will work. I lied; one more thing you might try - Gojo Citrus hand cleaner with pumice. Buy a gallon-size bottle, slather it onto the cladding, let it soak a while, then hit it with a scrub brush (maybe try a rag first - the scrub brush might get a little aggressive). I keep it around to clean my hands up after working on the car/house/etc and it works pretty well.
we used lacquer thinner at the shop to clean off paint from highway and construction sites have had no problem wipe and let evap. and rewipe till its gone if you feel a little learie use a qtip in a small area first have fun , if you painted your cladding you might have to respray them.
