So I go walking into a local auto paint store today to try to find something to take the overspray off of my cladding and I see a can of RR on the shelf. I ask the guy a price, tells me $35 for the can. I asked him about a case price and he looks it up, says a case of 6 cans I can get for $30 a can +tax. We'll have to keep this in mind next time everyone wants to order some. His store about 2 hours away has 44 cans in stock.
Damn the luck, is this the same size (1000ml or 1 liter) can that i purchased for $52.75 or something like that?
yup. Sorry man.

Lets not forget if I would have to ship it to you what that would do to increase the cost everyone. Anyone in the Indy area that needs one should contact Sunburst05 and see what he wants for the partial can he has left after he sold his Avy.
How many applications did you get out of 1 can. I'm going to hunt for some around Lansing while I'm down here.
your truck should get about 30 coats I'd guess. Prolly more.Sent by my Atrix 4G
I'll see if I can pick up one can tomorrow on the way. Single can is $35 plus tax. Got an US dollars?
Sure do, thanks. But just so you know, to get $1 US it only costs me $0.95 Cdn. That works out to $33.25 Cdn. It's been a few year since we could say that.
Stopped and ordered a case today. The guy would only knock 10% off so six cans came to $200.89 with tax. Call it $33.50 a can out the door. I was only able to get one can today and will pick up the rest next week. The name of the store is API. They have locations in OH and PA.Sent by my Atrix 4G

We'll be passing through again in about 3 1/2 weeks.Sent by my Atrix 4G
So will it be at a time where we can try to get everyone together?
Came out good. Let's see what happens after the first couple of times it gets rained on. I'm all for trying out products but the only thing I've used so far that doesn't run off is the RR.
.......I used the Meguairs' Ultimate Protectant to bring the Renegade light bar I put on the Avy a few months ago back to life from where it had been sitting out in the junk yard for over a year. So far it has held up very well, no streaking from the rain or washing the Avy and still looks as good as when I first applied it. That's why I decided to give it a try on the sails, saddles, and covers.
Update on the Meguairs Ultimate Protectant:It's been through two rain storms and a wash by hand. It still looks as good as if I had just put it on. It's only a little over week old but so far this is the best readily available off the shelf product I have used. My Avy is white and I haven't seen any signs of it running after the rains or wash but that may be different on a darker color. Maybe a few other members could give it a try to get a better evaluation. I will continue to update how well it holds up before I have to reapply it.
Is this the RR that everybody loves?http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CARSYSTEM-REFINISH-RESTORER-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem256487b04fQQitemZ160600404047QQptZMotorsQ5fAutomotiveQ5fTools

Just a heads up for members close to the Detroit area. I contacted the company that supplies Refinish Restorer, they say they have a distributer here in Windsor (Cross Canada). Once I get a chance to stop in I will get a price so I can post it. Not sure what it will be like getting across the border with it but I will look into that as well.
Has anyone had any luck yet trying to find a place to order this yet??? Im definatley in need of doing this to my avy!
im wondering if i can or cannot just use some krylon fusion? I plan on keeping the textured look, so i dont need my cladding professionally prepped, or anything like that.Jon
