Topic: Toothpaste Cleaning?

I was trying to clean my back window today.  No matter how hard I cleaned, there were water spot marks left.  I don't always dry my windows after washing the truck.  Gene told me to try toothpaste.  Toothpaste?  Yep, toothpaste......took the spots right off.  Window hasn't looked this good in awhile.  I got my Midwestavalanche emblem on, I'll take pics tomorrow and try to post.

Thanks for the tip.  I was just trying to clean mine this weekend with no luck....I'll give the toothpaste a try.

I was watching Two Guys Garage recently, and they were going over a well-used Thunderbird, that had among its age marks, hazy headlamps.  They took toothpaste to it and it was incredible.  They said they (the show hosts) had never tried it before but had heard about, and boy were they amazed.

That's where Gene saw it.  I'm going to try it on the power bar next.  That one I'll do pics for.  But don't expect it for a couple of months.
